Modern residence in Las Vegas designed by Mark Tracy of Chemical Spaces

The American designer Mark Tracy of Chemical Spaces is responsible for design of the Hurtado Residence in Las Vegas, Nevada. The design aimed to capture the idea of a modern residence that is fit to welcome young guests with a joyful attitude. The door wide 11 foot that reveals an Italian striped floor tile, there is also a space for the elevator tower that works for all three stories and the floatins staircase is made from stainless steel. The kitchen and living space have a spectacular 14-foot wide fireplace and the metallic silver hardwood floors and the Scavolini cabinets add a luxurious aspect to the residence.

The ceilings can be easily noticed because blue LED lighting draws the attention of the visitors to the ceilings. The design of the house started around June of 2009 and the construction ended in January of 2011,the house having 10.000 square feet. The Hurtado Residence can be found in The Ridges-it`s a community near Red Rock Canyon in the west of Las Vegas.

Black and white in interior apartment design from A- Cero

This duplex rehabilitation project in Galicia, Spain was designed by the Spanish architects from A-Cero. It is a stunning and futuristic looking.
  The wide entrance hall distributes, on the one hand, the public area, composed by a big dining room, a guests bedroom with a modern en suite bathroom, a courtesy toilet and the kitchen is located at this floor as well.
The kitchen is so spacious with an elongated disposition and white colour, more than that kitchen is so notify with a Hi-Macs black desk that stands out. A sculptural staircase leads guests to the private area of the apartment where the main bedroom is located, with its own bathroom and dressing room and two other bedrooms.

The living room, as in the rest of the house, the white color also seems to open up the space and makes the apartment feel “airy” and spacious. Only a couple of elements break this white monochromia such as the lacquered black wood console by “A-Cero in” or the Ace model couches that have been upholstered in velvet champagne tone.
With this interesting design approach the apartment seems to have a futuristic look, almost close to a sci-fi crib that will be surely enjoyed by people who love daring designs.

Apartment make you feel you are right in the heart of the most appealing city

This delightful one-room Scandinavian crib is located in the Kungshöjd area, . The peaceful street leading to the apartment makes it hard to believe that you are right in the heart of city’s most appealing neighborhoods.
As you step inside, you are greeted by tiled floors and decorative moldings reminiscent of the last century. The large hallway with plenty of storage space hidden in four white cabinets allows a sneak peek inside. Bright and spacious, the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area makes a powerful first impression.

Every inch of space has its own function, making this 40 square-meter home (discovered by Freshome on Alvhem) seem a lot larger than its actual size. Boasting a dining area for eight guests, a large sofa, a lovely balcony with terrace and a sleeping area, the layout of this small apartment is inspiring to say the least. The discreet vintage kitchen with red fridge and white cabinets perfectly complements the adjacent furniture, white walls and wooden flooring. The balcony is surrounded by an elegant balustrade of wrought iron and there is space for both dining chairs, tables and sun loungers.

A modestly- sized but beautiful apartment in Gothenburg, Sweden

Welcome to a beautiful, modestly- sized apartment, located in the heart of Gothenburg, Sweden. Found on Alvhem, this crib stretches over an area of 59 square meters and consists of two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom.
Once you get past the massive entrance door, you will find a friendly hallway with bright painted walls and a classic parquet flooring. The hallway is large enough to host various storage facilities, including a spacious dressing room (170 cm x 100 cm), and lockers with white mirror sliding doors. The living room is the focal point of the home and  provides room for a sofa, coffee table, TV furniture, reading corner and bookcase. This space, along with the adjacent dining area, is perfect for entertaining and socializing. The kitchen is small, but large enough for a cook to have his way improvising various food courses.
