Amazing interior house designed in minimalism style

Many people think that a house designed in minimalism style will end up feeling cold or sparse. That is not true, these house, interior will prove that. These house is designed by the team at Free Interior. the cold while still staying but it just makes the house brighter and more attractive. The spaces each include warm color combinations, soft textures, and plenty of vibrant personality that allows for them to welcome guests and be habitable in a practical - but still beautiful - way.

The first home is located in Taipei that measures 2562 square feet (238 square meters). The two story home is quite spacious and manages to incorporate both sleek, Asian-inspired design and a bit of playful whimsy. This tongue-in-cheek style is immediately evident in the living room where, in lieu of a coffee table, we find a few hewn tree trunks on a grassy area rug, accompanied by a lemon-esque love seat. It’s the perfect place for children of any age to relax.

The next home spreads on 423 square feet (132 square meters) with two bedrooms. The simplicity is still immediately evident, but with more of a serious edge. Neutral tones pervade the space, with light fixture making their mark – like a modern answer to a chandelier that hangs from the vaulted dining room ceiling. A landing that overlooks the main living area below is glass, as is the railing up the side of the staircase. With the addition of a neon accent light in the kitchen, this home takes on a bit of 80s bachelor pad appeal. 

Luxury interior in a loft in the building name "Red Apple", New York

 

Located on the 12th floor in the building name "Red Apple" in Sofia is this impressive loft. This loft spread over 96 square meters and have distinguished design of Soho in New York (old factories turned into studios and homes of artists in the 60s.

According to the designer:“In order to achieve a specific contrast I combined the energy and warmth of natural materials like brick, wood and metal with clean and minimalist modern design. The owner of the loft is a man with a bohemian and adventurous spirit! Therefore, my target was a place active and artistically, but simultaneously a good environment for many objects and works of art collected during his travels.”
The six-meter height in the living room allowed for the construction of an intermediate platform, which is a place for relaxation, meditation, reading and especially for the contemplation of the stunning view of the city. The designer also created two art-installations (“The Secret Garden” and “Urbanus Folklor”), which bring dynamic accents to the space of the living room and bedroom. “For me the realization of this project was a process of constantly reinventing and rethinking of my understanding of aesthetics and design and of course an irreplaceable experience“, concluded the designer.

The largest hotel in Latin America named Trump Ocean Club Panama

Trump Ocean Club Panama is the largest hotel in Latin America and located in Punta Pacifica, overlooking the Panama Bay.That hotel is designed by HBA / Hirsch Bedner Associates in collaboration with Ivanka Trump and inspired from the country’s culture and history.

The official name of the club is Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower Panama. It contains 369 hotel rooms that include 47 suites and it will receive travelers that are fond of luxury- a trademark for the Trump image. One entire floor of the hotel will exclusively contain boutiques and shops of the finest kind.

Multiple restaurants satisfy all sorts of gourmands and the pool deck offers the view of the Pacific Ocean.10,000 square feet were reserved for The Spa at Trump, another 46,000 square feet for meeting spaces and on the nearby Isla Viveros you can find a casino and a private beach club. The hotel will be the first international venture for the Trump Hotel Collection.
The Arrival Lobby is 24 feet high and the windows are tall so that light can easily fill the lobby. From this place guests can reach the Sky Lobby on the 15th floor. The Sky Lobby is adorned with rugs that have flowers of Panama printed on them. It’s basically designed as a large living room that has a beautiful view of the city and the ocean. The curving windows of the lobby create a welcoming atmosphere. The lobby also has a private game room.
HBA combined the modern designs and facilities with the traditions of Panama to serve as elements of decor. Rooms are arrayed around a four story atrium and the carpets remind us of mola (mola is the traditional costume that the indigenous people called Kuna wear).Even here the windows are tall so that light can better fill the atrium.
HBA took care of every little detail. Even the wood carvings that can be found in the headboards are inspired from a bracelet made by locals. The design of the fabrics on the bed remind us of mola,too. The bathrooms can be found within the guestroom and function as an open space. The bathtubs are oval and they allow freestanding. They can be draped at request.
Some interesting American elements have slithered their way into the design of the hotel. For example the colors of the pool spaces remind us of the old Hollywood lifestyle.(the bright yellows,corals and blue colours). There are two pools ,one of them having a glass wall that allows you to see the swimmers underwater. Floating on wooden planks over the water upholstered sun beds with canopies can be used for relaxation.
