This is the work of Atelier dnD - a architectural practice in India. The work names the Dinesh Mil Bungalow apartment which is located in Baroda, India, just outside of Vadodara city.
They used the minimalism current as their guide and created a transparent space with a simple geometry to permit the building to connect with its surroundings. The location is filled with vegetation and this had to be preserved as much as possible while constructing the home, an aspect that caused several changes in the design.
The house also had to provide a home for the family and take care of their needs through the functionality it provided, so the designers placed a white cantilever porch from the main driveway and it leads through an extended corridor to all the other spaces. There are three exterior verandas are each connected to either living room or bedroom and serve as semi-opened extensions of these spaces. The exterior is also defined by the long pool which spreads next to the living spaces and the master bedrooms to provide cool air when needed and the pool also links with the lawn thus being the element which connects the exterior with the interior.
There is also a terrace that can be reached through an external stairway and it includes a Jacuzzi and a wonderful view of the nearby forest thus offering all the functionality that a home needs.

A welcoming atmosphere and sanctuary in an apartment interior
The Barra I Funda apartment was designed by Kwartet Arquitetura in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
With the requirement of client for a space with 2 kids and parent, the owner want this apartment should have a welcoming atmosphere, but since they are used to travel a lot, they want this place to act as a sanctuary as well.
The living room has a special area called the “travel corner” where the couple can exhibit the things they brought home from their trips. The ceiling seems high because the designers interfered with the upper door, making it higher. All the finishes and woodwork were also designed by the people from Kwartet Arquitetura.
The warm contrast is rendered by the differences between the Tauari flooring and the home theater panel that is made of wood and the bar table that has a bright yellowish hue and the gray buffet lacquer. The style of the pieces of furniture is mixed,in this home you can find both contemporary and classic pieces of furniture.
The headboard is upholstered with linen and sconces are fixed on its surface. There is also a white and golden wallpaper in the same room and it contrasts with the dark blinds.

Black and white in interior apartment design from A- Cero
This duplex rehabilitation project in Galicia, Spain was designed by the Spanish architects from A-Cero. It is a stunning and futuristic looking.
The wide entrance hall distributes, on the one hand, the public area, composed by a big dining room, a guests bedroom with a modern en suite bathroom, a courtesy toilet and the kitchen is located at this floor as well.
The kitchen is so spacious with an elongated disposition and white colour, more than that kitchen is so notify with a Hi-Macs black desk that stands out. A sculptural staircase leads guests to the private area of the apartment where the main bedroom is located, with its own bathroom and dressing room and two other bedrooms.
The living room, as in the rest of the house, the white color also seems to open up the space and makes the apartment feel “airy” and spacious. Only a couple of elements break this white monochromia such as the lacquered black wood console by “A-Cero in” or the Ace model couches that have been upholstered in velvet champagne tone.
With this interesting design approach the apartment seems to have a futuristic look, almost close to a sci-fi crib that will be surely enjoyed by people who love daring designs.
